Meet the Founder

Ben Aiken is a dynamic leader with 15 years of experience in the audio-visual industry, where he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional audio service. With a rich background in music, particularly in playing the piano, Ben has always had a deep appreciation for sound, which he has turned into a lifelong commitment to quality audio. He holds a BA in Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, which provided the technical foundation for his career in the AV world.

Ben is a vibrant and effective leader, known for his ability to bond with AV integrators and direct clients alike. His relationship-building skills and dedication to excellence have been key in growing his team and maintaining lasting partnerships. Whether leading projects or collaborating with clients, Ben ensures the highest level of service and a positive experience for all involved.

Outside of work, Ben’s passion for personal growth extends into his physical challenges. He pushes his limits by participating in 200-mile races and 24-hour marathons, demonstrating the same drive and determination he brings to his professional life. Ben’s blend of leadership, technical expertise, and resilience makes him a standout figure in the audio-visual industry.
